On this page, you'll find all the information about returning your order. We explain step by step how the return process works and under what conditions a product can be returned.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back to us. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Provided with any labels
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Exchange

Would you like to receive a different product?
The fastest way is to return the current item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Products that cannot be returned

Not all products are eligible for return.

Water filters (cartridges) are considered hygiene products. For health and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned when:

  • The seal is broken
  • The product has been used

This applies to:

  • Loose filter cartridges
  • Filter cartridges sold as a set
  • Water filters supplied as standard with a bottle

Once a water filter has been used, the right to return and refund expires.

This exception is based on European distance selling regulations, where the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products whose seal has been broken. As soon as a water filter may have come into contact with water after opening the packaging, the product can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons.

Unopened products

Unused and sealed water filters can be returned within the legal cooling-off period. The return must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be in its original and, if applicable, sealed packaging

Upon receipt of your returned order, we will assess whether the product is eligible for return.
